Hello There Games, in collaboration with Aurora Punks, has announced that Kung Fury: Street Rage is getting an Ultimate Edition for Nintendo Switch this summer. The expansions A Day at the Beach and Arcade Strikes Back are included in this version of the game on Nintendo’s handheld-console hybrid.

Kung Fury: Street Rage is based on Laser Unicorns’ critically acclaimed film Kung Fury. In this entertaining brawler, you will play as one of five playable characters in a classic wave-based plot with an infinite mode.

Kick some ass with a friend

Players can move freely in Kung Fury, a side-scrolling beat ’em up in which you will have to press the buttons in an insane manner in order to win in the game, kicking a lot of Nazi asses along the way. In addition, this edition includes a new two-person co-op multiplayer mode in which you may pick from five different characters, each with its own playstyles, such as Kung Fury and David Hasselhoff.

“A Switch release has been by far the biggest request from our community. We’re excited to finally deliver the game on a platform that’s built perfectly for two-player couch Co-op,” says Oskar Eklund, CEO of Hello There Games.

Kung Fury: Street Rage and its expansions are already available for purchase on Steam. The game’s Ultimate Edition is coming to Nintendo Switch in summer 2022.
