Leap is coming soon to Steam Early Access

Leap

You’ll jump into 60-player battles in this new FPS from the creators of Slender: The Arrival.

Blue Isle Studios, an indie developer, has announced that the multiplayer first-person shooter Leap is coming to PC through Steam Early Access on June 1. Leap aims to reintroduce FPS enthusiasts to future settings and gameplay in enormous battles with a large number of people, guns, vehicles, jetpacks, and more.

Fight in big futuristic battles

Leap is a fast-paced multiplayer first-person shooter that allows up to 60 players to engage in epic conflicts, each armed to the teeth. As you enter the war, you will become an elite LEAP mercenary. Whether you fight for the United Earth Defense Coalition (UEDC) or the Exo-Terrans, whoever pays the most will have your trigger finger and your massive armament.

Players in Leap will be able to pick from four distinct classes, each with its own blend of strength, agility, and defense, as well as spectacular powers that amaze your foes. As each exosuit is armed to the teeth, it can launch orbital attacks, build automated turrets, and operate guided cruise missiles. At checkpoints and in actual action, the adept mercenaries employ jetpacks, grappling hooks, and specialized personal vehicles to narrow the gap.

Open Beta

In anticipation of the game’s Early Access launch, Blue Isle Studios has partnered with GPortal to host an open beta test for LEAP. The open beta begins on Friday, May 20 at 10:00 am PT and runs through Sunday, May 22 at 6:00 pm PT.
