Gamers who try to buy Xbox 360 games through their web browser are unable to complete their purchases.
The issue appears to only affect the Microsoft Store via web browsers on computers and smartphones. Users apparently can still purchase the games directly on an Xbox console.
“We understand users may be unable to purchase Xbox 360 titles from a web browser,” Microsoft says in a tweet. “Please stay tuned for more updates, or check out our status page for more info.”
