With Halloween just around the corner, the Spookyfest event comes to Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons.
The Mojang team is currently hard at work on the 1.17 Caves and Cliffs update, but that doesn’t mean seasonal events will end. October is here, and Halloween will be here in 27 days. Mojang has revealed that a seasonal event dubbed Spookyfest will be coming to Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons.
Spookyfest is almost here
Mojang will release a slew of scary treats for Minecraft and Minecraft Dungeons in October. Spooky Fall makes a reappearance, bringing us new and darker adventures where we may obtain some terrifying stuff.
Although there will be a free Halloween-themed skin pack, most of the content will be for Minecraft Dungeons. In addition to the previously listed content, the following will be accessible during Spookyfest:
- The Spooky Gourdian — a free Minecraft Dungeons-inspired Character Creator item based on the Jack-O-Lantern – will be available on October 13th (free until November 2)
- The Cauldron Cover — a paid Minecraft Dungeons-inspired Character Creator piece based on the Cauldron – will be available on October 19th.
- Halloween Fiends — a free skin pack on October 26th (free until November 2)
All of this exclusive Halloween content will be available through the Minecraft Marketplace. If you want more information on all that the Spookyfest has to offer, please visit the Minecraft website by clicking here.
