MLB The Show 19

MLB The Show has received a multi-year extension from Major League Baseball and the Major League Baseball Players Association. In even bigger news, the franchise will potentially expand beyond PlayStation platforms soon.

Sony Interactive Entertainment jointly made the announcement today with MLB to continue the development and distribution of MLB The Show. SIE’s San Diego Studio will remain the developer behind future games.

The expansion of the long-standing partnership will bring MLB The Show to additional console platforms beyond PlayStation “as early as 2021.” MLB says that complete details will be announced at a later date.
