Mortal Kombat 11 will be free to play on PS4 and Xbox One beginning October 11. The free weekend runs until October 14.
The free weekend includes all of the game’s multiplayer modes and the first two chapters of the single-player story. It also includes the full base game character roster.
A limited number of characters from the Kombat Pack DLC will also be featured. They include Arnold Schwarzenegger as The Terminator, Nightwolf, and Shang Tsung.

Mortal Kombat 11 was released earlier this year on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. It has received mostly positive reviews from critics, averaging an 83 out of 100 at OpenCritic.
