Start your engines. The Gold Edition of NASCAR Heat 5 races to retail today.
According to publisher Motorsport Games, the Gold Edition “provides players with tons of exclusive content.” It features NASCAR Hall of Famer Tony Stewart, the NASCAR Heat 5 Season Pass with its four DLC packs, and in-game cash to kick-start your team.
What’s new in Heat 5?
The developer promises “several gameplay additions and enhancements.” Motorsport Games calls it the “deepest Career Mode ever with improved statistics and more customization choices than ever before.”
The game also adds online challenges. Plus, there’s a new Testing Mode that lets you perfect your setup for each track.
Game Features
NASCAR Heat 5 features 34 authentic tracks in single-player, two-player split-screen, and online multiplayer for up to 40 racers. Along with cover star Chase Elliott, the game includes all the official teams, cars and drivers from the NASCAR Cup Series. It also includes the NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, and Xtreme Dirt Series.
By the way, the game’s Standard Edition will be available on Friday, July 10, for $49.99.
