A growing number of game companies are resorting to a Terms of Service policy that is meant to prevent class action lawsuits. Microsoft joined their ranks with the new Xbox 360 dashboard update, requiring users to accept a binding arbitration agreement that essentially knee-caps the legal recourse of consumers. Sony and Electronic Arts are among other gaming companies that have adopted similar “no sue” language to their terms of service. Yet another example of gaming companies taking away your rights as consumers.
