Electronic Arts announced today the release of Need for Speed Underground 2 for the Nintendo DS. NFSU2 for the DS offers a new way to tune your cars, offering exclusive features and gameplay only found on the Nintendo DS.
Using the DS’ touch screen technology, gamers can create an unlimited number of custom vinyl designs to apply to their vehicles to flaunt on the streets. For that extra boost during races, players also can use the touch-sensitive panel controls to manage their nitrous usage as they make their way to the finish line.
Aside from the numerous underground races, players can master a number of different mini-games to unlock special upgrades. Up to four players can even play wirelessly. NFSU2 for the Nintendo DS is developed by EA Canada, with a sticker price of $39.99.
