A few days before E3, it’s always good to have good news coming out of Japan, for any company. That’s why Nintendo’s sure to be excited by the past week of activity in the Land of the Rising Sun.
The Nintendo DS continued to sweep across the Pacific nation over the past week, selling nearly 65,000 units. The PlayStation 2 was the closest hardware competitor, with nearly 40,000, followed by PSP with around 38,000. Lagging behind were GCN at approx. 6,000 and Xbox with approx. 300.
