Pre-orders for the Collector’s Edition of the upcoming Metroidvania platform-adventure Ori and the Will of the Wisps are now open.
The Collector’s Edition includes the game disc, an art book, a “golden feather” steelbook case, the piano collections soundtrack CD, and a digital MP3 download of the soundtrack. It retails for $49.99.
If you’re unfamiliar, Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a sequel to the 2015 title Ori and the Blind Forest, which was also released on Switch. If you’ve seen trailers, you know that Will of Wisps is visually impressive. Best of all, it will be playable in 4K resolution on Xbox One X and PC.
The game is being developed out of Moon Studios. Xbox Game Studios is handling publishing for the Xbox Play Anywhere exclusive. It will be released on March 11 for Xbox One and Windows 10.
In addition to the Collector’s Edition, the standalone game will be released digitally. And if you’re an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, you can download the game for free on day one!
