Legends of Runeterra Path of Champions Jayce

The arrival of Arcane has influenced the entire League of Legends universe. Tomorrow it makes its triumphant debut in Legends of Runeterra with new content.

Riot Games today revealed more information about everything that the new Legends of Runeterra update brings following the launch of its new Netflix-exclusive series, Arcane. A new PvE game mode, a special set of quests, and the arrival of Jayce await us tomorrow in Legends of Runeterra.

The Path of Champions and the new quests in Piltover and Zaun

The Path of Champions is Legends of Runeterra‘s new PvE adventure mode, which will be available tomorrow with patch 2.19.0, in which we will travel through Runeterra as one of our favorite champions. To tackle new difficulties, we will charm uncommon encounters, earn and equip strong relics, recruit friends, and enhance our champion like never before.

To coincide with the release of the League of Legends Netflix series, Arcane, a unique set of adventures in Piltover and Zaun are available, complete with animated and narrated comics, as well as branching narrative options to give complexity and style to the story of the areas’ champions. Furthermore, we will be able to obtain new golden appearances for our beloved Piltover & Zaun champions, which are:

  • Gilded Vi – includes a new level-up animation.
  • Gilded Jinx
  • Golden Caitlyn
  • Gilded Ekko
  • Gilded Jayce

Jayce’s arrival in Legend of Runeterra and the new Mega Event Pass

Jayce, as Piltover’s new champion, is one of the new cards added to the game. Jayce will alter stances with his Hextech weapon in Runeterra, similar to his mechanics in League of Legends and Teamfight Tactics.

As a result, he can play as a Quick Attack or Defiance unit in the game. He levels up by casting spells that cost more than six points, and starting at level two, he can perform them twice.

Along with Jayce and all of the previously mentioned content, the largest Legends of Runeterra Event Pass to date is available. Players will be able to get 35 items in this new paid mega-event pass, including unique new emotes, guardians, card backs, and more. The mega event pass will be valid between November 10 and December 8, 2021.

Except for the paid mega-event pass, the new patch 2.19.0 will be available for free in the game tomorrow. Legend of Runeterra is a free-to-play game for Android, iOS, and PC.
