PS3 Price Drops to $250, inFamous 2 Bundle Revealed

In a move that is sure to improve its standing, Sony revealed at Gamescom that the PS3 would see a price reduction of $50 in the U.S. The 160GB system will retail for $249.99 in America, 249.99 Euros and 24,980 Yen, effective immediately.

The company also revealed the introduction of an inFamous 2 bundle that will cost consumers only $300. The bundle includes a copy of the relatively new inFamous 2 video game, a 320GB PS3 console, controller, and a 30 day subscription to the PlayStation Plus.
