Developer Frostkeep Studios announced today that Rend, a team-based survival game set in the fabled universe of Nordic myth, officially launches on Steam Early Access on Tuesday, July 31, 2018. It will retail for $29.99.

Rend introduces RPG mechanics, factional combat, sandbox elements, win/loss conditions, and massive culminating battles to the survival genre to deliver an entirely new gameplay experience for players. Players choose one of three rival factions to battle against each other for the right to ascend to Valhalla and join the army of the gods.
