Thinking about what competitive players are looking for, Ambitious Games brings a new option for MOBA shooters. It’s called REVN.
Indie developer Ambitious Games announced today that their latest title, REVN, is now available for free on Steam Early Access. REVN is a third-person MOBA shooter that offers a highly original proposition that matches the characteristics of many gamers.
A new release for MOBA players
In this new free-to-play indie third-person MOBA shooter, we’ll face off against our opponents in a fast-paced game where strategic gameplay can prove decisive. Choose a wide range of weapons, skills, and equipment to create your own unique character. In fast-paced 5v5 MOBA combat, defend your center at all costs and viciously crush your foes.
Exploit your opponents’ blunders and demolish objectives to deal a devastating blow to your opponents, or capture terminals to enhance your team’s resources to overwhelm your opponent. All while developing your own distinct gameplay by combining hundreds of different talents to create a distinct character and play style. Equip 6 talents in your equipment and swap between them to fit the demands of your opponents and squad.
Preparing for the game’s first season
REVN will be under Early Access until it is ready for Season One of the competitive rank ladder. The developers expect that to come before the end of 2022. Players will have access to a larger arsenal of weapons, goods, and skills in the complete edition of the game. In addition, new cosmetic material will be published, while all previously released content’s visual and aural appearance and feel will be upgraded.
Despite the fact that the game is free to play, users will be able to pay Shards (the game’s premium money) to unlock skins and powers. Those who do not desire to invest a single dollar in the game will be able to earn credits that can be redeemed for various things.
REVN is now available on PC through Steam Early Access.
