Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne launches
Today, Spike Chunsoft released Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World: The Prophecy of the Throne on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam.
The Day One Edition includes four exclusive, limited-run original pins in a display box. It features Emilia, Subaru, Rem, and the brand-new character Melty. These are exclusive to physical copies of the game and will not be reprinted.
The Collector’s Edition also includes the four exclusive, limited-run original pins in a display box. You’ll also get a full-color art book including concept art, sketches, and commentary with a special foreword from the creators. Lastly, it includes a steelbook collector’s display case, the official soundtrack containing the game’s original music, and the Collector’s Edition outerbox.
As we’ve previously reported, the English dub cast of the Re:Zero – Starting Life in Another World anime returns to reprise their roles. English voices will be available as a Day One patch for the North American and European versions.

Spike Chunsoft has informed us that there is a Day One Patch available for download on all platforms. The patch addresses the following:
- English voice over
- Minor text fixes
- Minor graphic fixes
- Minor sound effect fixes
- Other minor miscellaneous fixes
