RICO London

This frenetic FPS will allow you to enjoy procedurally generated scenarios filled with action either alone or with friends.

After announcing some time ago that the game would be coming to consoles in December, Aksys Games announced today that its follow-up to Ground Shatter’s FPS shooter with rogue-like elements, RICO London, has arrived on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The development studio announces that the Xbox One version will receive a special release in the first quarter of 2022.

A roguelike shooter

It’s New Year’s Eve 1999 in London, and you’re a cop entrusted with bringing down the city’s renowned and ruthless gangs, which are hiding out in decrepit hospitals and office spaces in East London. Explore a range of procedurally generated levels on your alone or with pals to bring down the city’s gangs.

With roguelike characteristics, we may improve our characters after each level with a random selection of things and further strengthen our upgrades with effects to make them more effective. The creators concentrated on the areas of gameplay that were most popular in the original for this version, resulting in more enemy types and environmental circumstances compared to the previous game, as well as hostage situations and additional weaponry to heighten the tension.

RICO London is now available on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in North America. It’s coming to Xbox consoles next year.
