The official trailer for Pet Project Games’ co-op horror first-person shooter Ripout is now available.
The creators have released the official trailer for their horror co-op FPS, Ripout, which will be released on PC next year. This first-person shooter is an alien-themed game that depicts humanity’s struggle for survival millions of miles away from Earth in the not-too-distant future.
Co-op horror FPS with elements of sci-fi
The game includes randomly generated missions with varying degrees of difficulty, a live Pet Gun that follows the player and fights alien mutants, weapon and player customization, and much more. All of this takes place against the backdrop of spacecraft containing some of the most deadly monsters.
Players must battle their way through spacecraft, complete objectives, and stay one step ahead of humanity’s number one adversary. Ripout is a co-op experience that prioritizes team play. Players who are fearless and gifted, as well as their companions, are required to prevent cosmic monsters from taking over the earth and infecting all living things.
“We’re proud to be releasing the first official trailer for Ripout that gives a glimpse into the world we have imagined together as a team,” said Goran Rajsic, creative director at Pet Project Games.
“After a successful teaser, we’re giving you this official trailer that continues where the teaser stopped, revealing more about the unique features you see in the game. We wanted to reveal more about the Pet Gun and enemies, showcase new monsters and their ability to combine together,” he added.
While an official release date is not yet announced, the game is currently scheduled for release in 2022. However, fans may already add Ripout to their Steam wishlist. The game will be available on PC. The studio is looking forward to putting the game on consoles sometime after the main PC launch.
