Saints Row: The Third Remastered out now on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S

Saints Row: The Third Remastered

Volition and Deep Silver recently announced the next-gen edition of Saints Row: The Third Remastered. Today, the game launches on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.

The next-generation version of Saints Row: The Third Remastered for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S allows you to play the game at even higher performance settings, similar to the PC edition on high settings. The game runs at 60 frames per second in 4K “dynamic” on PS5 and Xbox Series X.

The speed of next-generation consoles has been enhanced. Saints Row: The Third Remastered delivers the most fluid experience conceivable. Much of this is due to the high storage speeds of the SSDs used in these consoles.

Visually, owing to the powerful technology, the game’s motor can now run at a far greater pace, resulting in enhancements in lighting, texture resolution, and other visual effects.

Xbox Series S

Meanwhile, owners of Xbox Series S have an additional option to enjoy the game in two modes that are more tailored to the specific preferences of the player. Xbox Series S players will choose between performance mode at 60 frames per second and beauty mode at 30 frames per second.

Next-gen upgrades

Current Saints Row: The Third Remastered owners on PS4 and Xbox One who possess next-generation systems will be able to enjoy free upgrades with Smart Delivery and the PlayStation equivalent.

The developer also revealed that owing to popular demand, the distinctive “Saints Purple” light has been incorporated into Sony’s DualSense controllers for the PS5.

Furthermore, the game is now accessible on GOG as of May 22.
