Konami is teasing a Silent Hill announcement scheduled for Wednesday, October 19.
It looks like the rumors of a new Silent Hill are likely true. Konami is teasing a new game on the official Silent Hill Twitter account as well as a new web page.
While fans have been busy with a remake built in Unreal Engine 5, Konami has largely remained silent. That is until now. Konami tweeted out the following teaser via the game’s official Twitter account:
In your restless dreams, do you see that town? The latest updates for the SILENT HILL series, will be revealed during the #SILENTHILL Transmission on Wednesday, October 19th, at 2:00 PM. PDT
The tweet links to a page on the company’s website. After you enter your birthday, the page displays the date of the upcoming reveal event.
Silent Hill fans have waited a long time for news about a new game ever since Silent Hills PT was canceled. In fact, if we are to believe the director of the first film, several Silent Hill games are in development.
