PlayStation Plus Premium is adding a number of classic Sly Cooper games to its lineup.
Every month, PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers receive a host of classic games from the original PlayStation, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Portable. This month’s lineup includes a host of Sly Cooper games.
Here are the classic games coming to PlayStation Plus Premium in September:
- Syphon Filter 2 (PS1)
- The Sly Collection (PS3)
- Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time (PS3)
- Bentley’s Hackpack (PS3)
- Toy Story 3 (PSP)
- Kingdom of Paradise (PSP)
The Sly Collection is a remastered bundle of the games that were released on PlayStation 2. So we’re talking about Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus, Sly 2: Band of Thieves, and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves. That’s a lot of Sly goodness. These classics are what Sucker Punch was known for before they started working on the Infamous franchise on PS3 and Ghost of Tsushima on PS4/PS5.
All of the classic games in the lineup are coming to PS Plus Premium starting on September 20.
My Take
This is great news for fans of Sly Cooper. Can we still get a new game though? It would look amazing on PlayStation 5. Come on, Sony!
