SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium launches on Nintendo Switch

The NeoGeo Pocket Color classic SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium is out now on Nintendo Switch.
Back in 1999, the fighting game came out on SNK’s handheld. Now it’s available as part of the Switch’s NeoGeo Pocket Color Selection. It features twenty-six fighters from King of Fighters, Samurai Shodown, Street Fighter, and Darkstalkers.
Players can choose between Single, Tag, and Team-based fighting modes as well as three different battle styles. In between bouts, players can enjoy Survival, Time Attack, and Mini Games to collect points and unlock hidden characters.
SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium also takes advantage of the Nintendo Switch’s Tabletop and Handheld modes. So you and your friends can duke it out whenever and wherever you want.
The Switch version of SNK vs. Capcom: The Match of the Millennium retails for $7.99. Meanwhile, last year, SNK re-released two classic NeoGeo Pocket Color games. King of Fighters R-2 and Samurai Shodown 2 are both available on the Nintendo Switch via the Nintendo eShop.
