The next game from Tequila Works tells the story of perhaps League of Legends‘ most lovable champion.
Adding to the list of announcements at the Nintendo x Riot Forge event, Tequila Works in conjunction with Riot Forge have announced their new game called Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story. The Spanish studio Tequila Works, responsible for titles such as RiME or The Sexy Brutale, brings us an adventure game where we will see how the friendship of Nunu and his faithful companion Willump is born.

Riot Forge is a division of Riot in charge of, together with other developers, bringing to life the different stories of Runeterra to all League of Legends fans. In Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story, we will live the adventure of Nunu and Willump on their journey through the frozen wastelands of the world of Freljord.
In addition to telling us about the creation of this beautiful friendship between the two characters, the journey aims for Nunu to find his mother, but the adventure will not be easy. Not only will the icy rocky wastelands of Freljord make the journey somewhat difficult to cross, but we will also encounter different enemies that we will face with these two characters, making skills that many League of Legend players will remember.
Being a game of Tequila Works, this new story is aimed at all audiences, as we are accustomed from this Spanish development studio. It is not necessary to know previously the Runeterra universe or the League of Legends game to enjoy this exciting adventure.
Song of Nunu: A League of Legends Story is coming to PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2022.
