Sony used their CES presentation today to unveil the logo for the upcoming PS5 console, which is set to launch during holiday 2020.
The logo is hardly surprising. It’s exactly the same font and design as the PS4 logo, only the numeral four is replaced with the numeral five. SIE CEO Jim Ryan presented Sony’s keynote address. Ryan promised further details later this year.
Here’s what we do know about the console, though. The PS5 will include SSD, PSVR support, PS4 backwards compatibility, and 8K output. We also know that the DualShock 5 controller supports haptic feedback and trigger resistance.
