The makers of Angry Birds have released a new casual tap-to-match game for Android and iOS devices called Sugar Blast.
The game was previously in soft launch, but the Candy Crush-like puzzle game is now available worldwide for free in the App Store and Google Play.
According to Rovio, Sugar Blast is “all about super simple and satisfying gameplay, combined with eye-popping (and mouth-watering) graphics and adorable characters.”
Sugar Blast is Rovio’s latest attempt at a tap-to-match casual puzzle game. They released Angry Birds Dream Blast back in January and has achieved over 5 million installs on Android so far.
Rovio’s latest game requires at least Android 5.0 or iOS 9.0, as well as a minimum of 160MB of free space on your iPhone or other mobile devices.
From the trailer below, the game looks exceedingly simple compared to Candy Crush. Still, we haven’t tried it for ourselves yet to see how deep it might go. If you’re into this type of game, it might be worth a look.
