Super Animal Royale kicks off brand new Lunar New Year event
Pixile Studios’ animal game brings a lot of content set in this unique celebration of Chinese culture.
Pixile Games has announced the debut of a new Lunar New Year-themed event for its Super Animal Royale game, in collaboration with publisher Modus Games. With this new event comes a new egg-throwing weapon, four new Super Tiger breeds, limited awards, and a lot of content themed on the Chinese holiday.
Lunar New Year Event
The Super Animal Royale 2022 Lunar New Year event began today, as announced on the game’s Twitter account. Throughout the event, players must collect red envelopes in order to redeem them for unique event cosmetics.
The following are some of the objects that may be discovered during this event:
- Gold Yuanbao
- Lunar Headband
- Peach Blossom Hat
- Lunar Dress (2022)
- Coin Glasses
- Lunar Flower
- Lunar Paper Umbrella
- Peach Blossom Branch
In addition to these eight things, 16 prior year’s heritage items will be reintroduced to the game. They will also be available to all players via the redemption of red envelopes. During the event, Carl’s Cart will also have certain heritage goods accessible to all players.
Big Clucking Gun
A new explosive weapon will finally be added to the game, in addition to the Lunar New Year event. Many people were surprised by the Big Clucking Gun, often known as BCG. This bizarre and amusing weapon is a grenade launcher that fires eggs that bounce off walls and explode when they collide with foes.
Only epic (purple) and legendary (gold) rarities of the BCG are accessible, therefore you’ll have to uncover rebel caches or mole crates to receive one during a battle. While you’re waiting for your match to begin, you can always try it out at the Super Shooting Gallery north of the Welcome Center. It’s also worth noting that in the “One Hit Kill” mystery mode, the BCG will be deactivated.
