Nintendo revealed that Super Mario Maker is coming to the Nintendo Switch in June during today’s Nintendo Direct.
Super Mario Maker came out on the Wii U in 2015 and the Nintendo 3DS in 2016. Fans have wanted the Wii U version ported to the Switch, but Nintendo is releasing a sequel instead with new tools to create your own Super Mario Bros. levels.
Expect to hear more about Super Mario Maker 2 in the leadup to E3.
We’ll have updates as they become available.
