The latest DLC in the Gates of Oblivion storyline has come to a cataclysmic conclusion to this year-long adventure.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands, the last DLC for ESO‘s year-long narrative, “Gates of Oblivion,” was published today by the developer, now owned by Microsoft.

In this action-packed 20-hour climax, players must travel to undiscovered places, meet odd new friends, and prevent Dagon’s aspirations to control Nirn. The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands introduces additional tasks that may be obtained through completing the Deadlands DLC and the Blackwood Chapter storylines.

If you played The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, you’ll recognize sections of the Deadlands from the BGS classic in Deadlands, but exciting new places await you in The Burn, The Sever, and Fargrave, the desert metropolis. From boiling rivers to terrible storms to a busy trade town, these new locales stretch The Elder Scrolls legend in new directions, capturing the imagination of The Elder Scrolls‘ most devoted fans.

On top of that, Deadlands adds a new armory system that lets players to instantly modify their character designs from the comfort of their own home. Players may get the free Armory Station furniture item from the Crown Store and use it in any of their homes to store, load, and personalize their characters’ unique builds.

Bethesda hopes that this new DLC will bring to a close one of the best story arcs ever seen in The Elder Scrolls franchise, as it has brought together fragments from all of the franchise’s titles to date, as well as a very well-crafted story that has gripped hundreds of thousands of players this 2021.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands game pack is available for purchase through the game’s Crown Store and is included at no cost to ESO Plus subscribers. This new DLC is available now on PC, Mac, and Google Stadia. Consoles will receive Deadlands on November 16.
