The Skylia Prophecy Preview: A pixel-art Metroidvania coming to consoles

The Skylia Prophecy

Pixel-art games are all over the place now. From roguelike to Metroidvania, these games are gaining more ground in the video game industry. The Skylia Prophecy is just the latest example.

The Skylia Prophecy is a story-driven side-scrolling ARPG that is set in a medieval fantasy world. This game has more than a dozen locations and a neat story that’ll give players a fair amount of gameplay hours.

The history is based in Mirenia, a female knight that’s looking for redemption. She has to go to the Tirkin Fortress to face powerful demons and hordes, terrible monstrosities, and battle with powerful bosses that only the best will survive. Using her strength and magical power, she’ll get the redemption she’s looking for in these ancient dungeons.
