The Wii: Hard To Come By

If you thought it was hard to get a Wii here in America since the November 2006 launch, it’s about to get harder, especially for those abroad. Due to IC chips and PCB shortages, Nintendo’s plan to expand production to the worldwide market, slated for June, has been deterred. The Tawain-based manufacturer of said components stated as much themselves, but we’ve not as yet seen an official statement for the Big N. Sorry readers. I hate to add to the old addage that “there’s only bad news in the news.”
