The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt free next-gen update arrives on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S in December

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt next-gen update arrives just in time for Christmas.

CD Projekt RED announced The Witcher 3 release date on next-gen consoles last month. The long-awaited PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions were delayed indefinitely earlier this year due to the war in Ukraine. However, we have since gotten word that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt free next-gen update would launch in Q4 2022.

If you looked at a calendar recently, you would know that Q4 2022 is here. So it is nice to finally get confirmation of an official release date for the next-gen version of this AAA title.
