The Diablo-like action role-playing game Torchlight III was just announced for Nintendo Switch.
Torchlight III was shown during today’s Nintendo Indie World Showcase livestream. It comes from indie developer Echtra Games. The dungeon crawler is currently available in Steam Early Access.
“It’s been a century since the events of Torchlight II, and the Ember Empire is in decline,” the game’s Steam page says. “Novastraia is again under threat of invasion and it’s up to you to defend against the Netherim and its allies. Gather your wits and brave the frontier to find fame, glory, and new adventures.”

This isn’t the first Torchlight game to come to the Switch. Torchlight II was released on the Switch in September 2019.
