Making its debut on a console system for the first time, Tropico 3, the politically infused strategy simulation game from Kalypso Media has shipped today for $39.99 on the Xbox 360. Already a global success on the personal computer, the award-winning game puts players behind the cigar of “El Presidente,” the absolute ruler over of a small banana republic.
