The latest Warframe update, Saint of Altra, is now live on consoles. The update adds Gauss as the latest playable character, among other changes.
Gauss can blindside the toughest of enemies through the use of kinetic energy to wield an assortment of powerful moves and abilities. Among Gauss’ abilities is Mach Rush, which gives him the ability to hyper-sprint and crash into solid objects while generating a powerful shockwave. In addition to Gauss, the Saint of Altra update adds a playable guitar-like instrument. The Shawzin, which is available in the Marketplace, offers Tenno the ability to create or re-create songs, record, play, and share with other players.
Finally, Disruption Mode has expanded across the Origin system. The stakes have been raised in the expanded to new planets, mission types, and factions to challenge players even more.
The Saint of Altra update went live for PC users in August. Warframe is a free-to-play cooperative third-person action game on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
