World War Z has a Game of the Year Edition planned for release on May 5.
World War Z Game of the Year Edition includes the co-op shooter based on the blockbuster film plus all DLC, including a new PvE episode. It will be released on PC via the Epic Games Store for $44.99, plus PS4 and Xbox One for $49.99.
Aside from the full base game, it also has all existing and upcoming content from the season pass. In addition, there are three new PvE missions in the French city of Marseille. These have their own maps, story, and characters.
As far as extras, it includes the Lobo Weapon Pack, Biohazard Weapon Pack, Military Bundle Weapon Pack, new Last Aid Weapon Pack, plus one new upcoming weapon pack. It includes the Professionals Character Skin Pack and War Heroes Character Skin Pack too.
Players also get access to a year’s worth of free content added to World War Z since it launched, including the wave-based Horde Mode Z, Xbox One-PC crossplay, new PvE missions and enemies, a weekly challenge mode, extreme six-skulls difficulty setting and more. Coming later this year, there’s a new playable class with a unique skill tree and abilities.
