Only a day after ranting and raving about the hardware defects found with my Xbox 360, I contacted Microsoft Technical Support to discuss and question my hardware troubles. The two biggest problems, as you might have seen in my rant Sunday, came from the frequent “freezing” of games and my hard drive being erased.
