Sega has confirmed that Yakuza: Like a Dragon on PlayStation 5 has the same frame rate and resolution as the Xbox Series X version.
The PlayStation 5 version supports two different options that emphasize graphics or performance. The options include:
- 4K (3840 × 2160) resolution at 30 frames per second
- WQHD (2560 × 1440) resolution at 60 frames per second
Yakuza: Like a Dragon launched on November 10, 2020 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. The game supports a free next-gen upgrade from Xbox One to Xbox Series X via Smart Delivery.

The PS5 version was delayed last year. It is currently on schedule for a March 2, 2021 release on Sony’s next-gen console. Sega previously released footage of the game running on PS5.
