Majesco announced today that Zoo Hospital for Wii has shipped to retail outlets nationwide. As the first veterinarian game for Wii, Zoo Hospital lets animal lovers experience what it’s like to treat and care for a myriad of exotic creatures including reptiles, mammals and birds, at a struggling zoo slated for demolition.
The animals in Aunt Lucy’s zoo are getting sick and causing zoo attendance to decline. Unless she can turn things around, Aunt Lucy will lose her zoo to a local landowner who wants to build a mini-golf course. To help save the zoo and its inhabitants, players will use the Wii Remote to feed, treat and soothe 48 different animals from all over the world – from gorillas to monitor lizards to dolphins – including seven not featured in the companion DS game.
