Activision announced a huge milestone for Warzone 2.0.
Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 just launched five days ago. It already surpassed the 25 million download mark. It’s likely that they are counting people who have it as part of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. Regardless, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 downloads appear to be on par with Apex Legends over a similar time period.
Activision Blizzard first showed off gameplay only a couple of months ago. Since its launch, proximity chat is one of the best new features. But some players are also reporting issues with the game including slow servers and bugs.
Of course, a big reason for the high number of downloads is the fact that this is a free-to-play game. I am one of the 25 million players, and thankfully I did not encounter any major issues. You can check out my Let’s Try video here.
