If you are like me, you probably loved A Plague Tale: Innocence. This sleeper hit from Asobo Studio was arguably the best game of 2019. Now its sequel is out, and I am excited to try it out!
Requiem reunites players with Amicia and Hugo. Early in the game, you find Hugo and Amicia playing in the woods as they come upon the ruins of an old, abandoned castle. Well, at least they think so.
Throughout the game, you’ll embark on a journey to the south of 14th-century France and beyond looking for the cure to heal Hugo’s illness. Discover the cost of saving those you love in a desperate struggle for survival within a dark, plague-ridden medieval world twisted by otherworldly forces.
The game is out now on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. You can play for free with an active Xbox Game Pass subscription.
