2K Games today announced that it has acquired publishing rights to selected titles in Gas Powered Games’ critically acclaimed Dungeon Siege series. The first new title to be published by 2K Games will be Dungeon Siege II: Broken World, an expansion pack for the award-winning PC game Dungeon Siege II, followed by Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony, an all-new entry in the Dungeon Siege series, for the PlayStation Portable. Dungeon Siege II: Broken World for the PC is expected to be available this summer and Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony for the PSP system is planned for release this fall.
