Clown in a House arrives on PC July 20

Clown in a House

Kris Patrick from Krispy Animation – creator of the popular animated series CatGhost – is releasing Clown in a House next week. It’s a new indie exploration game.

Krispy Animation – based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2015 by director Kris Patrick – is a creative studio focused on creating original stories and experiences in new and experimental mediums. Clown in a House, his most recent project, aims to captivate players with a powerful psychological narrative.

As you explore the house, you may experience a complex mix of emotions. Some things may seem familiar to you, while others may not. If you open your mind (and heart), you might find that you and the clown have a lot in common Perhaps you two have made similar mistakes or shared similar joys. Maybe one day you’ll look back and realize the clown paid you a visit.

Clown in a House provides players with 20+ different endings to discover, as well as over a thousand unique object interactions. The narrative and history of the game contain witty and creative writing from the mind behind CatGhost that, when combined with the graphics, transports players to classic pixel art reminiscent of ‘90s point-and-click adventure games.

Clown in a House launches on PC via Steam next Tuesday, July 20 for $7.99.
