Vivendi Universal Games today announced that Sierra Entertainment’s F.E.A.R. will be released in a ‘Director’s Edition’ DVD format. The Director’s Edition DVD will include exclusive content, including a “Making of F.E.A.R.� documentary, a developer’s roundtable commentary video, live action “declassified� interviews with Alma, and an exclusive F.E.A.R. machinima episode from Rooster Teeth Productions of Red vs. Blue fame. The Director’s Edition DVD will hit retail stores in October 2005. Gamers who preorder the DVD Edition at select retailers will also receive $5 off the final SRP when the game hits the streets.
