The top-down multiplayer SWAT game Hot Brass now has a release date. Plus, publisher Treasure Hunters Fan Club just announced that the game is getting a free demo during the Steam Game Festival.

Hot Brass is a top-down tactical shooter, and the ultimate mashup of action, stealth, and strategy. As an elite SWAT operator, your mission is to defuse dangerous situations without loss of life. Think fast and use your tactics and gadgets to master a series of challenging missions and save lives. Players can hone skills solo in single-player or call for backup, with support for up to four players in local or online co-op.
The free demo goes live on February 3. The full game is set for release on PC and Mac OSX via Steam on February 26.
