This is a guide on how to complete Nepheli Loux’s Questline in Elden Ring. Many characters from the Limgrave region are associated with this quest, and it’s about Nepheli’s righteousness and the leadership of Limgrave.

Kenneth Haight, the next ruler of Limgrave
Kenneth Haight is next in line for the leadership of Limgrave. You must help him with a few tasks to set the stage for Nepheli’s questline because these two stories are linked.
His castle, Fort Haight, was usurped by a knight of Godrick, whom Kenneth despises because of his petty nature as a bad ruler. Oddly, the knight of Godrick at Fort Haight is obsessed with Blood. Many Bloodroses are also around the place. Maybe he was seduced by the Lord of Blood himself, but that’s a topic for another time, I suppose. In any case, you must travel to the fort and reclaim it for Kenneth, the rightful owner.
Return to Kenneth Haight and he will be very thankful, and he will make a great offer. After he gets to Fort Haight, he proposes to make you a Knight. Then he will travel to Fort Haight, and you also have to. But the sorry state of the Fort makes it impossible for him to raise you to knighthood.
At this point, you have completed a mandatory step of completing Nepheli’s story. Well done.
Roderika, the Spirit Tuner
On the road to Castle Stormveil, you will encounter Roderika in the Stormhill Shack. Speak with the mild-mannered girl and she will ask you to pass on a message to her friends, who are to be grafted at the Stormveil Castle. You need her assistance to progress Nepheli’s quest.
Stormveil Castle
Stormveil Castle is an important place for this quest, and you will have to return here often. Let’s first discuss one of the first characters you meet here: Gostoc, the Gatekeeper.
Gatekeeper Gostoc
This pitiful man is a servant of Godrick and warns you to not enter the castle through the main gate. If you perform this reckless act, disregarding this suspicious fellow’s warning, you will be impaled by a bunch of Greatbolts. Listen to him and take the path he instructs you to take. But be warned, as he steals a portion of your Runes every time you die, and he even locks you in a room once.
His survival isn’t necessary for the progression of the quest, but it will yield a useful item if you resist the urges to slaughter him.
Delivering Roderika’s message
In a pile of desecrated corpses nearby to the Grafted Scion’s boss room, you will find the Chrysalids’ Memento. Bringing this to Roderika will complete one part of her quest.
Meeting Nepheli
“Be proud. You were a fine warrior.
Your only mistake was your choice of master.
Let the winds lift you, to a higher place.”
As soon as you hear the confident voice of Nepheli from a room in Castle Stormveil, you’ll understand that she’s indeed an honorable warrior. Speak to her to learn that she’s here by orders from her father, Gideon Ofnir. I suspect that you know Gideon, the senior of the Roundtable Hold. A Tarnished, like you and Nepheli.
She will assist you in fighting Godrick, should you use the summon sign near the fog gate entrance to the boss’s arena. Summon her and slay Godrick. It’ll be easier with the two of you.
Roundtable Hold
Many of the characters you spoke to and are supposed to speak to can be found in the Roundtable Hold. Returning here after slaying Godrick and completing the above steps is a good idea.
Roderika
If you didn’t give the Chrysalids’ memento at the Stormhill Shack, you can do so at the Roundtable Hold, as she will be here too. She will tell you that she can hear the spirits from the Memento. Now you must speak to Master Hewg, the Blacksmith about Roderika.
Now you have access to Roderika’s assistance in Spirit Tuning. Having her as a Spirit Tuner is required for the completion of Nepheli’s quest.
Nepheli
Speak with Nepheli at the Roundtable Hold and she will reward you with the Arsenal Charm that boosts your carry weight considerably. She will then say farewell and continue on. You will meet her again in the future.
Gideon
Speak with Gideon Ofnir to learn more about Nepheli, his foster daughter to learn more about her.
The Village of the Albinaurics
Now starts a rather twisted part of Nepheli’s story. She reaches the Village of the Albinaurics to find the utter slaughter they suffered there. This reminds her of the raids in the Badlands which resulted in death and destruction. She despises those who prey on the weak and will swear to find the culprit.
Seluvis’s Potion
Go to the Three Sisters region in Liurnia, close to the Caria Manor. Reach Seluvis’s Rise and speak with the odd fellow. You need to start Ranni’s questline in order for him to invite you to his place, though. A Spectral variant of him will be at Ranni’s Rise.
By speaking to him, you will receive a potion. He tasks you, rather disrespectfully, to make Nepheli drink it. Giving it to the girl will turn her into a Puppet, and you can use that as a Summon.
Returning to the Roundtable Hold
Go downstairs where there’s a huge inaccessible door, and you will find Nepheli kneeling there. Speak with her to uncover that Gideon Ofnir was the one who ordered the attack on the Village of the Albinaurics. Now, Nepheli’s conflicted about her feelings for her foster father and says that she’s now lost his guidance.
Speak to Gideon to learn that he was simply using Nepheli, and no longer cares about her now that she’s ‘useless’. Now, you can either give Seluvis’s potion to him, enabling him to dispose of it or give it to Nepheli, turning her into a puppet and thus ending the quest. Dispose of the potion.
The Chapel of Anticipation and the Stormhawk king
Make your way to the Four Belfries in Liurnia. You will find an Imbued Sword Key here and you must use it on the second Imp Statue. Now you can go back to where you started the game: the Chapel of Anticipation. And you can kill the Grafted Scion there.
After killing the grotesque monster, reach the area where you first were at the beginning of the game. You will find a door that was originally locked. Go through it and explore the new, small area to find the Stormhawk King.
Go back to Nepheli at the Roundtable Hold and give it to her.
The Final Steps
Now you’ve completed about 80% of the quest at this point. You can now defeat Morgott at Leyndell. Then go speak with Gideon again at the Roundtable Hold to receive thanks for getting Nepheli back on her feet by giving her the Stormhawk King.
Make your way to the Throne Room of Stormveil Castle, just past the Site of Grace in Godrick’s arena. You will find Kenneth, Nepheli and Gostoc here. Speak with them to complete the quest and receive some great rewards, including an Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. You can also buy another Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone from Gostoc.
Congratulations! You’ve completed this rather long questline. Limgrave now has a great ruler and she will even assist you in fighting Godfrey at the end of the game.
