Just Die Already is the latest zany game from the creators of Goat Simulator

Just Die Already

The designer of Goat Simulator is at it again. Armin Ibrisagic and his studio DoubleMoose have unveiled their latest game: Just Die Already.

As with Goat Simulator – which was a surprise multi-million-unit-selling hit – Just Die Already is a physics-based sandbox game. Seniors compete in bizarre challenges in order to reserve a place in the world’s nicest retirement home. You can play solo or with up to three other friends.

“When we started making the game, there wasn’t all this going on,” says Armin Ibrisagic, gesturing at all the global craziness. “So it does feel a little weird introducing such a ridiculous, over-the-top sandbox game when the world is so grim at the moment. That said, maybe supergluing a rocket pack to the back of an octogenarian and sending him flying into a construction site just to see what happens is the type of escape we all need right now?”

Just Die Already is coming to PC this summer. A demo version will be available on Steam “shortly,” according to the developer. Players can wishlist the game now in order to be notified about the release.
