Pre-orders are open now for the new PS5 console covers.
Sony released new DualSense controller colors earlier this year. Now they are matching them with complementary console cover colors (try saying that three times fast!) for the PlayStation 5. They’re kind of pricey though at $54.99 a pop.
According to the official PlayStation Blog:
PS5 Console Covers in Starlight Blue, Galactic Purple, and Nova Pink will be available in select regions starting June 2022. Early access for customers in the US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg is available through direct.playstation.com from June 17.
This follows the release of Nova Pink, Starlight Blue, and Galactic Purple controllers in January. Those DualSense controller colors added to the previously released controller colors Cosmic Red and Midnight Black, which came out last summer.
