The Nintendo 3DS is $170 as of today. After launching in late March at $250, the system was met with weak sales and an equally underwhelming lineup of games. Now that the price has dropped by a third, sales will likely pick up. It comes at a good time too with big titles such as Star Fox 64 3D, Super Mario 3D Land, and Mario Kart 7 all coming out within the next four months.
