The latest issue of Famitsu magazine is printing that a Resident Evil is coming to the Nintendo DS. A remake of the original 1996 PlayStation game, the title is currently Resident Evil: Deadly Silence. In 2002, Capcom of course released a remake of the same game on the Nintendo GCN.
According to the reports, character models have been redone, and there are new battles, but the classic storyline remains unchanged, with Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield. No date has been specified, so expect to return to the mansion sometime next year.
