Tell Me Why is free for Pride Month

Tell Me Why

Indie developer Dontnod is giving away their LGBT adventure game Tell Me Why to celebrate Pride Month.

The game tells the story of Tyler and Alyson Roman, twins who were separated and experienced childhood trauma. They return to their childhood home in Alaska and come to grips with their past.

Tyler is one of the first transgender lead characters in a major video game. The game came out last summer on PC and Xbox One. It’s also available on Xbox Series X.

“Our intention in making Tell Me Why free for June 2021 is both to allow even more people to access the game and to encourage our players to spend their money in places that will directly affect trans and queer communities,” Dontnod said in a statement.

The free game offer is both for the PC and Xbox versions.
